Looking for a notary public in Clarksville? This is the ONLY place to go. Seriously. Extremely friendly, helpful, and above all... knowledgeable. Before eventually speaking to Matthew, I mistakenly went to several other places to get an I-9 form notarized (an obviously simple and common govt document which verifies validity to work in the U.S.). The Fed Ex store shows on Google that they have notary services, but guess what... they actually don't. Worse still the person I spoke to at the UPS store said she would sign the "authorized agent" form (which gives her the ability to sign an I-9 document, and other forms on my new employer's behalf) but was adamant that she would NOT touch the I-9 document itself!!! I flat out asked her, "So what's the point of me paying you a fee to sign the agent form, which then gives you the authority to verify my Identification documents (you know... A notary's JOB?) if you're not actually going to sign the document that says you verified my identity with your newly granted authority?". She literally stumbled over her words after I said that... And I couldn't hold back my laughter. But still she stuck to her guns and then told me she knew of "NO ONE IN CLARKSVILLE" who would do this simple task. Amazing that a person who is supposed to be a subject matter "expert" and is a licensed notary is completely unaware of her abilities and responsibilities, or for that matter how nonsensical her comments were. It's like paying someone to paint your house, but once you pay them the painter says "Oh I don't touch paint brushes, I'm just 'authorized' to do so".... Yeah. Ridiculous.
Great business and very customer service oriented. They have been doing our taxes for years exceptionally. Won't go anywhere else.
