Chuck Padgett has been my property manager for several years. Poor customer service, lack of timely responses and recently HIS COMPANY Check bounced. Several times Mr. Padgett failed to pay monthly payments of my property that he was managing. He blamed the renters not paying. At first I believed him then when his company's pay check to me, bounced at my financial institution I began to doubt his excuses. His complete lack of timely response, especially when he is in a tight spot is unbelievable for a business man. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO DO ANYTHING!!
