FANTASTIC!!!!! My Uncle passed away. I needed to get home. (Childhood home). I went online. It was so easy!! I picked up the car. Super great people got all the paperwork right. I can not thank Hertz rental enough for what it meant to me to be with my family at a very difficult time! Thank you again!!!!
This place is a joke. I reserved a car for my wife online to use to drive to Ohio to see me. She had gotten off work at five and had just enough time to make it here before close. They then told her they did not have any cars available but they had a SUV left. She asked if it would be the same price as the car we originally reserved. They would not discount it and was rude about the whole ordeal. Any other option would be better I would not use this place unless it was a last resort!
I've never had a problem with this hertz. If anything they stayed open late for me the very last minute I called and explain that enterprise ripped me off and denied me a car at the very last minute they closed. I've always got my deposits back and never had a problem with the service. However I saw a employee be very rude to a customer who waited a hour to get a ride back home. He told the man he was on his own finding a ride back home and I really didn't like the way he let the man be stranded like that. But my actually experiences have been nothing but great
The guy at the counter was nice, I didn't catch his name, but if you guys know it's going to be busy like idk the weekend before New Years the least you could do is have TWO employees!!! The wait didn't bother me as much as other people, but what bothered me the most was that no one was there to help the poor guy out! There was about 10 people in that tiny room! I'm giving it a 3 stars due to Hertz poor management on it's employees. He looked overwhelmed trying to serve everyone as quickly as possible.
Some of the employees need to have better people skills! Men at the desk were rude! The young lady who picked us was excellent!
