Horrible customer service! I'm having my first baby and trying to figure out strollers and car seats, but the women working chose to sit at the registery desk and talk amongst themselves. I went to get one for help and ask questions about a stroller, and it was like pulling teeth. She kept trying to walk off back to her coworker at the desk while I was still asking for help. It stinks because there's not many baby gear store options in the area.
Unfortunately I had a negative experience. Prices here were higher that other options for same products, limited selection and long wait in line. I ended up leaving without purchasing and just ordering online instead!

Sometimes the check-out lines are slow but the staff is super helpful and friendly!
Never had any issues here. The staff is helpful. We used their registry service for one of our children when we were expecting. It comes with a reward system for buying products through the registry.
