There is a "manager" that works at this store named Ron. I don't know what his deal is, but he has to be the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I really enjoyed Rural King in the past but from now on, I will make the extra drive to go to either Co-op or Tractor supply. I may have to pay more for what I need but at least at those stores, managers know how to treat a customer.
First time ever visiting this chain store. Was definitely impressed with the three selection of pet products and prices. Only bad thing was the old guy who kept telling people wrong information. Lucky for me we asked a second person the same question and got the help we needed. For sure we will go back and who knows someday for baby chickens

Found half of what I needed. They didn't have the oil filter that I needed. It was nice having that system there to check and see what type I needed though. I stood in line for 15 minutes. Had 3 lanes open and all of them were long and waited for a while.
Just made a quick stop to pick up some pet food. The store was very busy, but the cashiers seemed to be doing their best to get the customers taken care of. When my cat food was rung up it was higher than the price was posted at the display. She took my word for it and refunded me the amount I was over charged.
