The main standing bouquet was missing the red white and blue ribbon. They put carnations instead of roses that were pictured.

Same day delivery service is great. Always order flowers and gift baskets here for my mother. One time I order her the chocolate lovers basket and requested it be in a smiley face basket.... they had no issues with my request and no extra charge.
Flowers showed up late to my uncle's funeral. We as a family spent 500 dollars and asked to have them here by 8:30. My father was very upset that our flowers we ordered for my uncle that served 22 years in the army was not here.
I called from out of town and had very explicit instructions for how an order was to be handled. Repeatedly explained what was to be done and why. Because not doing it the way I asked would cause issues at a time when there should be no issues. It was a sensitive nature and I explained why it was. Even though it personal it was not seedy as it seemed. so even after that I repeated how important that it was followed the way I requested. Well guess what. It wasn't. when I called and let them know and I was unhappy. I get people make mistakes. But when you know that it was stressed repeatedly and yes you apologized. But to not even ask hey is there something we can to do to try and correct it. At least an attempt...would have made me feel a lot better. I am in customer service. Have been my whole life. I would have been mortified if I was the one who took the order and I answered the phone this morning and took the complaint. I could have screamed fussed and been irrational. I wasn't. It is the calm customer that I watch for because that is the customer you just lost. My family and extended families have used you for years. this was big mess up. Not a oh the ribbon was the wrong color. So I am sorry that I will take my business else where and will suggest that the rest of the family does as well. You can't undo the mistake but you could have handled it much better.
They had 5 days to prepare for this. It was not a last minute order.
