Raymond was a very good salesman, I suggest you ask for him if you go there. Natalie was the store manager that night and she and the two other associates Debbie and Matthew were the cherry on top with their wonderful sweet and funny attitudes. 10-21-17. My husband and I decided to check out Ashley furniture for some new living Room furniture. We spent over an hour just looking around the store. The salesman, Raymond, greeted us when we came in but did not staulk us or interrupt our browsing. When we finally decided what we liked We had questions about the fabric etc. Raymond was very informative and gave us suggestions as far as warranty and how well it would stand up to pets.
Great place to get a great deal. We went to get a new mattress and walked out saving a lot. Much military friendly staff who relate to you with no rush our hassle. They’re not in the car business if you catch my drift.
Then Raymond told us that they were having a sale on adjustable bed frames. I had wanted to get this for my husband awhile ago and the sale made it possible. We ended up buying a new mattress too. Their 12 months same as cash and 5yrs same as cash made it all happen.
The prices in the store are much different than online, but they worked with us and gave us the better prices for the pieces that we purchased. Super helpful. Ron is not pushy at all, good salesperson. Delivery scheduled two days from purchase, very glad that it was available so soon.
While purchasing furniture for our new home we decided to go to Ashley HomeStore. The salesman we worked with, Erik, was awesome! He never pressured us and ensured that we were 100% satisfied. He even personally delivered a tv that was not able to be delivered by the guys that brought out the furniture. We would highly recommend Ashley and especially Erik!! He is hands down the best sales associate we have dealt with.
We recently moved to Clarksville TN and decided it was time for new couches, after shopping around Ashley furniture had the best quality that we were looking for, but that’s not all that sold us on the couches, Our sales associate Nick was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to meet our needs and genuinely took our concerns into consideration. He wasn’t pushy and wasn’t just looking for a sale, he wanted us to Love our new furniture and wanted to give us the best deal possible!
