This is the only place I will take my vehicle to have work done. These guys know what they are doing and I know the work is done right! Amazing service!!
These guys are crooks. I brought my vehicle in for a tune up because I had a misfire in two cylinders. I know this because I had taken somewhere and had the computer in the truck read to find the error codes. They call me back after a couple days and tell me that they did a full dynostics and that they only detected one misfiring. I told them when I had it read it was 2 cylinder fails. As soon as i said that they started yelling at me saying if I knew more about being a mechanic I should fox it myself. Everytime I'd ask a question about the dynostics report they supposedly did, they would say they didn't have time to give me lessons on fixing cars rather than answering my really simple and straightforward questions. When I kept asking questions they told me to come get my vehicle and take it somewhere else, refusing me service. When I went to get my vehicle I asked for the report so I could see exactly what was done to the vehicle. They laughed in my face and refused to give me anything. Which makes me believe they didn't run a dynostics at all. They are liars, they will work on your vehicle half ass and half blind and charge you for things you don't need.

I was just treated so badly by them it's unbelievable. We brought my boyfriend's car in over a month ago (January 22) bc it would not start, which is why we made the appointment to begin with. I've called three times and gotten three different answers (was told it was an alarm system, then a distributor, then the ignitor), but they have never called me. Every time I called I got told they were going to call me the next day. This time I called and asked and he said there's nothing they can do bc the way the alarm system (which has never caused a problem, we didn't even know it was on the car) is installed. So I ask him why someone couldn't tell us that three weeks ago, or even a month ago when the car was brought in. He tells me that if we had made the appointment for the correct thing it wouldn't have been so long. We made the appointment for exactly the problem...it wasn't starting! He also tells me that he isn't the only person in the company so he can't control who calls and who doesn't. I tell him that I'm not blaming him individually, but the company needs to get their stuff together, to which he replies "You can come pick up your car and forget we exist on the face of this planet!". That literally is what he said to me!!
