Ask the people in the neighborhood to see how upset they are that everything was poorly built, how things fall apart easily, how uneven stuff is, how mean this guy is and will do anything to make money and avoid paying to fix stuff. If he screws up, he makes excuses NOT to fix it. He is a thief and his illegal workers will do things to your home to cut corners everywhere that you will end up constantly spending money to repair. Biggest mistake of my life was hiring this criminal.
My rating and review strictly pertain to the project management aspect of this company. To be honest, there is no project/site manager like Donnie Bryant. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of down to the last detail. If anyone wants a quality home built, they should contact Donnie.
