Absolutely best service and very friendly people
Man got hit in my jeep 3 weeks later they dont even know where my jeep is. Never called to update me and gets smart when i ask why is it taking so long? terrible customer service and James Shelly think he is a bully trying to run over my wife (but not me).......awful place!!!!!! horrible service.......disrespectful people...
James Shelley is extremely helpful and polite. He fielded all of my questions about my claim, and was never annoyed or bothered if I called. Absolutely fantastic customer service.
