I had a policy with two trucks. My work vehicle got dropped from "underwriting". I tried to get in touch with Mark but was told that he was on vacation and that someone else would contact me. Nobody contacted me so I had to get new insurance from another company. I called the 1-800 number and had my policy cancelled on Oct. 31st. On December 8th, I had $291.48 withdrawn out of my account. I've called State Farm twice and they have told me that Mark will have to issue the refund. I just found out today that my insurance policy is still active. Not happy. This office needs to do their job.

Finally found an agent that takes some pride in his work. I recently moved my insurance to Mark and was very impressed with my experience. He was able to provide coverage for my vehicles and add a life insurance policy and still beat the competitions price. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for some great prices and agent that will work with you to find what best suits your life's needs.
