Albert and his son arrived on time; were efficient; polite; went the extra mile in pulling out sofas and small furniture pieces; putting everything back in place; and made every effort to be sure I was satisfied with their work before leaving. I will certainly use them in the future, and recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs.
I used Heaven"s Best Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpets in my rental property and I loved the fact that they priced matched a different company that I have used prior to this company. I called them to clean my carpets again just six months later since I have a new tenant moving in and they did not want to charge me the same price again they wanted to charge me more. Their prices always change. Since I have a rental property I want prices to stay the same so I can use them all the time and it not be a surprise on what the price is going to be every time I need to get the carpets clean. What really makes me upset is I even offered to show them my receipt that they gave me from when I got my carpets clean and they said no they would be cheating themselves if they did it for $140. I guess the EXTRA MONEY is more important to them then a LOYAL CUSTOMER! I would not recommend them!!!!
