I submitted all documents on my own. Used my ink, paper, printer. I did not follow his guidance (which would of been bad if my wife would of stayed in the United States without me for 2-3 years.)

She was facing immigration complications due to entering the USA without inspection. We were able to leave the United States fine through the US Army, (which Mr. Lenard did mention that was not going to be a problem). He was a bit uncomfortable with the fact that my wife was leaving the US because it will complicate the situation when returning back to the states.
I did some research, I mentioned to him I am leaving to Germany and he seemed uneasy with my decision, I'm not entirely sure why. However, I called him November 2016, to tell him the good news that my wife was approved. Before I can get that information through to him, he shouts on the phone and says (these quotes are from what I recollect on the phone conversation to best of my knowledge) "looking for free advice Luis? You're in Germany right? My office is closed, bye) and hangs up the phone.
I submitted the I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility, and was approved with a expedite request attached to it as well. Only took 2 months for approval.
He kept telling me that submitting a form called I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility was going to be a risk doing it outside of the United States in Germany. He wanted me to submit the "in the united states version" which was the I-601A. (I-601A will require my wife to simply stay in the United States while she was processed).
My conclusion:
It's very interesting, due to the fact that I offered to pay this gentlemen when I had phone conversations with him, and he refused me paying him. I'm not entirely sure, maybe he doesn't charge for a consultation the first time. However, when I call him to actually repay him on his good deed and guidance I was going to have him help a friend.

Please excuse me, I have never had enough motivation to implement a review such as this. However, I would like to publicly give people some knowledge about my experience with Mr. Lenard.
We have completed all steps required of her for immigration processing. Her 10 year ban has been forgiven, and we completed our goal.
I came down on PCS orders to Europe from Fort Campbell in January 2016 timeframe, I was told by Mr. Lenard to leave my wife in the United States, along with my 1 year old child while I attended a 2 to 3 year tour in Germany without my family.
Family is a very important tool, and separation is not an option if it can be prevented, and in this case I am glad I did my research.
