I needed a house re-keyed at 3:00 p.m. on the eve of Thanksgiving. I didn't even want to call someone figuring every business would be wanting to go home. Boy was I wrong! Jeff was very customer oriented and worked with my hectic schedule to come out at my convenience to change all my locks. Even beyond the physical portion, he took the time to educate me about the locks and how to properly maintain them for maximum lifespan. I was totally comfortable with him around my family and more than happy with his work. I cannot recommend Jerry's Lock and Key enough, and will contact Jeff for all future locksmith needs.

Jeff came out and unlocked our RV within 5 minutes. My roadside assistance told us to call Jerry's since all they could do was airbag and Jimmy the door, which would have damaged my RV. The service was timely. From the phone call till their arrival was about 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again.
