Veterans beware. Got hired on and my second week driving I was stuck with nowhere to park remotely close to the delivery point. I proceeded to park at the local mall, went spoke to their mgr and was allowed to park there for the night. In the end there was a camera pointed at the the truck and a roving guard that patrolled all night.
Plenty of space.
When I spoke with HR Mgr she didn't care at all about anything I said and when I mentioned the word veteran she said that means nothing to her. I also emailed Garry Sasser and I'm pretty sure his underlings prevented him from seeing my email requesting a termination review.
My aunt came and grabbed me to get a shower and something to eat. I was gone for barely 2 hours and heading back to the truck when I started receiving calls from averitt. Someone thought I was delivering to that mall and banged on the truck and, I guess, thought I was dead. Ended up being terminated for "leaving my truck unsecure" and had no clue that I was confined to the truck and could not walk away from it.
