I went in for a pre employment physical for work, while still recovering from an ankle surgery. They made me wait for what seemed like forever, then I get back there to see the doctor. While waiting for the doctor I heard him outside of my door speaking very loudly about how he obviously couldn't do my physical because of my injury. Totally understandable but for him to be as rude as he was about the situation was very unpleasant. He never even came in, just sent the nurse in to tell me that he wouldn't do it. Won't be coming back here. The receptionist and nurse were nice but I won't be back.
I was greatly impressed with the care I received from Dr. Jackson and the staff. They took very good care of me in minimal time. I highly recommend them if you are in need of urgent care.

They are very helpful and willing to do what it takes to help you feel better. Doctors are great and easy to talk too. I thank them for all they do for me and my family.
Melanie a NP is horrible at her job ,she doesn't explain anything with you not even what she's going to put you on. Didnt want to prescribe me a different antibiotic then what I was on cause it had given me thrush, yet I have bronchitis and couldn't even take a deep breath for her without coughing. So I'm bad enough for coughing pearls but not med to treat the infection! Told me I had ulcers in my mouth when I asked what they were caused from she said she'd get me papers on it but never did I had to request from a nurse twice who was more worried about leaving then anything. I could over hear her complaining to her coworker about it and how it was already 8:30 well my kids were being watched as well and I had been there since 5:25 and the NP didn't even come in my room until almost 8:00 So not only was I denied med to treat my infection the nurse was rude cause she wanted me to just leave I even asked for a rochephin shot to help me and was denied that as well! I'm from outta town,this is the absolute worst place I've ever been and will never return! I wouldn't take my dying dog there! Point... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT REAL HEALTH CARE! I WOULD RATE A ZERO IF I COULD'VE!
