I have never received such great service since I can remember. These people don't just do their jobs, they go far above and beyond. They understand your needs, treat you like a human being and truly WANT to do a great job. It's Benjamin Franklin for me from now on! I'm going to have them redo my piping and my shower. Great technician came out and worked so hard to please and do a great job. It's amazing...it truly was.
I don’t often write reviews but felt it was necessary today...
I called the company because of a sign of suspected pipe leak from beneath the shower which was showing on the ceiling on the bottom floor. Felix came and explained what the problem could possibly be and advised me how to address it without opening the ceiling. Felix was very honest and patiently explained to me what could be causing the problem in my house. I paid around $70 which is an average cost of a service call for any issue in the house. I am very satisfied with the service and if I ever need a plumbing company I would definitely call back.
I have used different companies in the past and I can honestly say this company is by far the BEST. I called yesterday and asked if someone could come out to look at a problem I was having in one of our bathrooms (I had already paid another company to fix and it was not done correctly) and from start to finish they were great.. Kevin was the plumber that came out to our house and not only did he spend the time to fix the problem correctly he did a great job doing so. (My husband and I thought he had to be the owner because of the way he talked highly about the company and his attitude was by far the best we have seen in anyone that has ever done any work in our home.) I would recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing and I would definitely be calling them back with any work in the future.
Bernie was the on call tech this evening (one one of the coldest days of the month so far) and came out at 8:00pm to fix a leak under our house and made sure to stay until all was well. He was quick and friendly and polite! Thanks for doing a great job!
Our hot water heater was ready to be replaced, and after much research online we found the overwhelming reviews that Benjamin Franklin plumbing had. From the very first initial call we made, we have experienced nothing but top of the line customer service. Kevin Clegg came to our home within a few hours and replaced the water heater with no issues at all. He was extremely personable and my wife and I chatted with him for a long time. Kevin did an outstanding job and we will request him every time if possible! We highly recommend this company and Kevin specifically. Great service and even greater people!
