I was disappointed to see a posted prohibition of legally carried firearms. This will factor in the frequency of my return or if I and my family will return at all.? It will also factor in my recommendation to others. This is the sole reason I rated this, otherwise, fine place at 3 stars. Please reconsider?
Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive without being overbearing.
I can only recommend this place! I have severe food allergies and can't eat certain things. The manager was super helpful so was the cook and waitress. I was positive surprised. The food was amazing! Thank you for being so accommodating! We are going back! I have told all my friends about this place!
Great new food option here in town. You get to cram as much food as you can into the bowl they give you and watch it magically get cooked right before your eyes. We've been here a few times and service has always been great.
Worst still, all of the meats are side by side, with raw chicken, pork, beef being slung into the other's bin. The customer will be getting raw meats on their hands. There is no telling how long the bits of meat are stuck inside the tongs. This is a food handling hazard. Appetizers are low quality frozen foods, the vegetables are canned. When the staff has to spend 10 minutes explaining to the customer how to get their food...
Finally, none of it is Mongolian, in any way shape or form.
The set-up is needlessly complicated.
Found the new grill very clean! Choices of ingredients could be wider but they were sufficient.
I agree with an earlier reviewer that it seemed a bit pricy but not excessively so.
Poor concept, poor service, poor health standards, over priced.
Location is not the greatest just because of the Wilma traffic and being so close to the Dunbar Cave intersection, but the establishment itself is very nice and large. The service and food were both great. Would have given 5 stars if they had ginger or a finger sauce.
High price for low quantity, especially since the customer does much of the work.
