I would pay for the whole month, then would say I owe back pay? Then each month would raise the rates. One month since it was a 5week month, it was going to be 1,000. For 2days a week!! My advice, you better have a really good job to afford that. I can't imagine what full time would be.
In good faith I paid for the whole month and to contiune to change prices and such was too much. I took them out. They need to get it together.
I have almost two year old twins. I needed a break and put them there just two days a week so I could get errands done. I loved the twins teachers Ms. Becky and Ms. Cindy. However the management needs a lot of work.
TL/DR: Rude, condescending, disorganized staff whom you have to argue with to ensure the smallest of things, like your child being wiped at a diaper change
I’d initially chosen this daycare due to its proximity to work, but the hassle of the daycare itself quickly outweighed that benefit. I had to provide my own soy milk for my son (lactose intolerant; his new daycare merely asked for a letter from the pediatrician). He got the worst diaper rash of his little life here, and the instructor in the 1y/o room (dark blonde curly hair, I forget her name now) told me they don’t wipe him at diaper changes if he’d only “peed a little.” When I got angry over this, she condescended to ask me if this was my first child then rolled her eyes and said, “Yep, that’s why.” There was constant attitude and belittlement from the teacher and the ladies at the front desk over issues like that. They said if I was so concerned I should spend a day sitting in the office watching the cameras (as a single mom, taking days off when I work M-F is not a luxury I have). My son cried every morning he was dropped off for the two months he went here; it would have been shorter if not for the mandatory two week notice. On the last days they asked me repeatedly to reconsider and insisted Jack was doing better in the environment. Two weeks after we’d switched daycares (the crying at drop off immediately stopped, by the way), they actually called and asked where my son was, that he was supposed to be there and had been absent without notice the past two weeks.
