They were very helpful, personally the shoes were more than I would like to have spent but they have a 90 day return policy. I always been one of those people that were skeptical about buying such expensive shoes for running I thought it's all in their head but the very 1st morning I ran a mile without even running out of breath and I had just started running 2 weeks ago so it's so worth it! The girl that helped me was so amazing I will definitely go back because of her
