Very accommodating... the representative came in during lunch break in order to accommodate my schedule. The unit was very clean and convienient.
Will not longer recommend this storage facility. They increased my rate after they said I was grandfathered in. When I called 3 times and emailed no one could help and promised a manager would call...not one phone call from who could help. Very frustrating, I have rented the same unit for over two years and sadly they are not helpful. Definitely worth finding a better storage unit with proper management. I also pay on time or early.
