I had the pleasure of dealing with Dallas. Awesome sales reperesentative and great to deal with. I purchased a Range Rover for my business from him and this was honestly the easiest vehicle purchase process I’ve ever dealt with. When I originally posted my review for Auto Masters, it was positive. The vehicle I got seemed good... but the longer I had it, the more I realized it has issues. Parts like inside body panels were missing, the car jack was missing, the spare tire would have been missing if I hadn't looked for it. But the real kicker was the salesman Dallas, telling me a story about "another" van of the same make/model having issues of a knocking and engine seal issues that they spent hours on, and couldn't fully fix. Turns out, the van I was sold WAS that van! Each day I start it in the morning after being idle overnight, it blows out a lot of white smoke, an indication that oil is leaking into the firing chambers of the engine. If you choose to buy from them, ask a lot of questions and be cautious! I know I would never buy from them again!
I’ve been to dealerships all over this town! After being told no over and over again in a desperate search for a car a friend told me about Auto Masters, so I called. Dallas answered the phone and helped me with everything! He answered the dozens of questions I had and even got me approved before I came down! I had questions on lower priced vehicles and he gave me his honest opinion of those cars, some of the cars were not ready for sale yet and he was honest about it! I have been to many dealerships when I was younger with my parents that tried to get them to buy a lemon. But Dallas was honest and upfront about everything. Personally, I love to see that from a used car dealership! When I get everything together that I need to purchase I will definitely be seeing Dallas! THANK YOU MR. MARTIN!

David Russell was our salesman. our experience here was amazing. very reasonable prices. quick and friendly service. we were in and out in a couple hours after walking on the lot. and left with our 2013 Chevy Cruz. he worked with us on the payments to get it into our budget.
