They didn't seem very organized. Could be it was cold outside. Normally sales persons come out to great you. Doesn't seem to apply here. Will be going back soon so I may have a different opinion them. Will repost my new findings.
I went in asked for help and they just stood there not wanting to come out finally one of the ladies came out. I asked her why they were acting like they didnt want to sell cars and she said we are a no pressure lot. I told her but I asked for your help. Customer Service sucks! Cars are wayyy over priced
My boyfriend went here to look at a car and they said they would call back to let us know if he got the truck or not never once did he or i get a call back he had to call them at least 20 times before they would talk to him and they told him they were not comfortable with him having it??? Like really and then he went and asked about another vehicle and they said they weren't comfortable with him purching something else that would be in his price range that he could afford this place is nothing but a joke and def don't know how to treat their customers I think this place needs to be shut down
I bought a car from them. The car was good and has lasted well beyond my expectations. However, they are not very custom oriented. I tried to buy a second car from them but couldn't get much help finding what I wanted. I guess they figured I had few options but they are wrong. Bought a car from Carvana.
They suck. Rude. Will do anything they can do to get more money out of you. Bunch of crooks. Very unprofessional and rude. They need to be reported and shut down
