We recently attended a wedding where they catered it and we think it was some of the best wedding food we ever tasted. They served ham, green beans, cabbage, sweet potatoes, chicken cordon bleu, and rolls and everything was just very tasteful and done excellent. It seems with most catered food there is always something that is not as favorable as other things, but not with them...everything tasted good. I also liked how they served the food and did the cleanup afterwards, very professional, and they mingled well with the guests and the other vendors.
