Customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly. We purchased a used mower and it was shipped to the store for no extra charge. Knew the price upfront. All questions we had were answered honestly. They are very reasonable and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them to others.
Had trouble with bearings on front of Z-trac mower. They replaced free.
I went in to Hutson in Clarksville, having done my research and ready to buy a 500 series lawn tractor. The sales rep, Greg Stone was annoyed by my mere presence and audacity to ask him any questions about a product. He was more concerned with tinkering on his computer than selling a mower. No problem, I'll buy something else, somewhere else.
