Might be the result of being busy or maybe just not caring. Regardless of the reason(s), this is what drops them from 5-stars to 3-stars in my opinion.
House is good. Great price for what we got this summer.
As far as their in-person interaction: Linda is wonderful. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable as well as her son.
They were great at first with addressing minor things, but as soon as a third party is responsible for a fix, they basically shut down.
Would certainly recommend Singletary for future buyers.
