Have had nothing but a smooth experience with Mr Moyer and his staff over the past 4 years! Every time I've had a question or concern,he was quick to reply with an easy resolution! I'm in my last year of m 5 yr plan my chapter 13 and when I needed his assistance for things like when my car was totaled n needed to purchase a new one n when I had a flood in my my house,he made the process quick n simple. I highly recommend Mr Moyer and his firm because they were very helpful,easy going and professional at all times!
Mr. Moyer is a wonderful man. He took the time to listen to me and help me make the best decision for me. I don't know what I would have done without him!
Stop with the lies Mr Moyer. You FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICE. After I'm done suing you and you're sanctioned for injunction violations. I'll have all the lawsuits you filed reviewed and see to it that you never oppress anyone else!
Mean while, bankruptcy court sends a letter stating my case could close without having my debts wrote off and I need to send proof of my credit counseling, and debt education course.
Now Robert Moyer had my credit counseling certificate, he had me take that course upon hiring him. But THEY WERE WITH HOLDING the debt education course and put me at risk of owning him more money to refile. Not to mention, old creditors could come back and ruin me.
After doing the work myself, this shady lawyer STILL DEMANDED MONEY FROM ME. I fired him since I finished my case myself and now he's filed suit against me.
I hired him for a chapter 7 and started out on a payment plan. I was hit with more financial trouble along the way and I was a little late on my pmt plan.
So I found an online course on my own, paid for access and took the course. I found the official form needed to file the certificates before it was too late.
This is the best law firm.I love the staff they are the most respectful people you ever want to meet.Very understanding and ever time i call they know its me and they always answer my questions. When i stop by the office very nice always with a smile on there face. I have used them 3 times and each time awesome. Thanks alot.From Montrice
DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER. If you're filing a chapter 7, you can do it yourself or just hire someone who is honest and won't leave you hanging.
I would highly recommend Robert Moyer's office if your in need of filing a bankruptcy. Him and his staff have been amazing with helping me go through this financial nightmare; With the help of them I feel as if I can stand on my feet again:)
