Some of the guests in other rooms have been rowdy and the hotel deals with them properly. Another issue I had was a boom in the bathroom when I was in a dead sleep and the sink in the bathroom had fallen...wasn't even being used. Maitenance came fixed that told me there were issues with it.....why didn't they warn us?
The walls are very thin, hallway and stairwell floors are awful, the floors upstairs are so creaky that I feel like I’m living in a haunted house, WiFi is useless and cell reception anywhere in the hotel is horrible. On the plus side, it’s affordable, staff is nice (one guy is especially hot), and it’s conveniently located.
This is definitely for the budget Traveler great price great location, but on the well used Side. Floor was filthy so don't walk Barefoot there were cobwebs behind the window and air conditioner they will not clean your room until you've been there for 1 week everyday you have to beg for fresh towels soap and shampoo they had no pots and pans to use in the kitchen the room is extremely outdated and has a funny smell just not recommended for anyone unless you are extremely broke and just have to have somewhere to stay for cheap

Our company put us in here since we are working out of town. Place is cheap and not real clean. No insulation in the walls and you can hear every noise and conversation from neighbors. You get what you pay for and our company is cheap. Not recommended.
We got a better deal the first week then after that we were stuck week to week at the max. Price. That aside we are mandated once a week housekeeping and that's fine. The problem I have is there are no do not disturb signs on any doors and do to the fact the room we are in has a broken deadbolt that a master key can open and shouldn't be able to they can just walk in at anytime. Not cool I was in bed asleep.
Managment has been changed out and I dont know if the new managers know of all the issues. Hopefully it improves soon.
This establishment was great when we checked in. The internet was in the process of being upgraded and now 4-6 weeks later still subpar. This place was the cheaper option for me and my husband as we just moved to the area.
The lock issue was reported to the staff twice once to the guy cleaning and another to the old manager at the front desk. Now 4 weeks later no attempt has been made to fix it. One day I was in my room and it sounded like a waterfall was running in the bathroom. The floor was soaked it was from an overflowing toilet upstairs. They cleaned it up and assured it it was safe.
