Food was cold and had no taste. And they r not in town they came from tiny town and it took 1 hour and 1/2. Do not order from them they suck!
So I don’t know why their reviews are so bad. I’ve been ordering delivery from here probably once every two weeks for the last year that I’ve lived here (I have a problem, I know). First of all, they tell you on the site when you’re ordering that it takes an hour so I’m not sure why anyone would act surprised by that. Second, someone forgot my boba milk tea today and he TURNED AROUND and brought it back to me. Their customer service has been nothing but great and the food is always phenomenal.
Friendly and accommodating: As Ist-time visitors, we were unfamiliar with grilled kimchi. The sample brought was plenty for us to make a informed decision from the menu. The best kimchi I've had: rich and spicy flavors aplenty: tasty crunchy dumplings set the pace!
Ordered 5 times from them. Everytime the have taken an hour plus and the food isn'tworth the price.
Absolutely loved the chicken broccoli combo platter, was actually the best tasting Asian cuisine I've had in a very long time. But....the 8 PC chicken appetizer was very over cooked. Otherwise this would've been 5 stars . I also like that they add a delivery fee for the drivers so that they don't get stiffed for their hard work and the GAS they pay for!
