I recommend if you need a moving company, hire professionals. But if you want your stairwell and walls damaged, then this is the place for you. The guys have no moving experience. I wasn't aware of it but my husband tipped the movers after they damaged not only the stairwells at my old home, but the walls at our new home. We even bought them drinks. They were an hour late and still charged us for the full three hours.
Second time using these guys. Excellent choice if you're moving. They are reliable, careful, hard working and they make sure to get the job done to your satisfaction. I would never risk using anyone but these guys. Definitely know what they are doing and the best in the business in my opinion. They take a lot of the stress of moving out of the equation.
Did not want to have to inconvenience friends to move my mom into her new house, so we arranged for 3 movers for 3 hours from Redline to assist with the unloading of the 26 foot U-Haul truck. Talked to them the day before and we were informed that they had another job the day they were scheduled to unload us and they might show up a bit late. No problem. They were supposed to arrive at 5pm. Got a call at 4:55 saying that due to weather they would not be able to show up. It had been a light steady rain all day. No thunder, no lightening. Miserable weather to work in, I get that. They had been working in the wet all day and were tired. That did not make the unloading of our truck get done. So, 1 - 50ish man, 1 - 50ish woman and 1 - 70ish woman unloaded a 26 foot Uhaul in the rain. Advanced notice and I could have arranged for some friends. Ended up inconveniencing a friend anyway because we just could not manage that last couch and recliner. Thanks Redline for your outstanding reliability, NOT. Would NOT recommend if it might rain...you'll be doing the job yourself. Save yourself the hassle and hire someone that will actually show up to do the job you hire them to do.
