Can't say enough about the staff and facility. Always eager to help and make an already frustrating task easier to deal with (who likes moving anyways). Hannah, was extremely helpful working around our move out dates. It's always difficult trying to get things done on a weekend, and this was the smoothest transition we've had. The facility is always very clean, and in great working order. I highly recommend you consider this facility in your next move or storage room selection process.
Hannah is one of the kindest people I've met in a while. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The facility and storage units are immaculate. Actually, looks brand new. I believe the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Including a preview of the unit size I requested just to make sure it would be sufficient. I will definitely keep US Storage in mind the next time I need a storage unit.
I just signed up for a storage unit and it couldn't have been easier. Hannah was super friendly, spoke to me about my needs, and showed me a unit immediately that was exactly what I wanted. She even helped me find a better deal than the one I originally asked for. I got a larger space for a lower price! She walked me through the paperwork and personally made sure that my gate access code worked. I couldn't be happier with the decision to store at this facility.
