Clearly having trouble with operating systems and/or processes. My husband sat in the waiting area for two hours and, in that time, only two patients were called. With 8 more patients ahead of him, he left.
Went in & was told they wouldn't see me because they close in 10 minutes. Hummm, so what time do you actually close?
Called the Madison St store to check availability before I brought my sick 2 year old in. I am a frequent patient of the clinic and always received excellent service. I was told the wait was minimal, so 10 minutes later I show up at the clinic, only to be told the clinic was booked for the day?? Funny because I was told on the phone that Vanderbilt has taken over the clinic and they do not take appointments?? It’s walk in only... Let’s get it together Vanderbilt....
Great walk-in. Short waitibg time.
I was here for nearly 3.5hrs when there was only one person ahead of me. The dr had me sit in the room for nearly 40min while she typed info into the computer, while people were waiting to be seen. I never received an actual resolution. Worst walk in experience ever.
