He answered the phone on a holiday for one. But even more than that he worked with us to get the situation resolved quickly. He was thorough and fixed the problem. He even coordinated with our builder. Great guy and knowledgeable team!
Mac Plumbers had to replace all of the old metal plumbing and the Crew was made up of professional, courteous, hard working, thorough, and fast plumbers who got it done, checked to be sure it was right, all while making sure the customer is happy. They didn't make/leave a mess and even waited for my neighbor to return so that he wouldn't have to spend the night without the new toilet they needed to install. This is a great company and I highly recommend them for whatever you need!!!

Awesome customer service from MAC plumbing! I had a plumbing issue and they came and took care of it and then we realized that it ended up being more problems that had nothing to do with what they had fixed for me. The bigger problem was from the plumbing from when the house was built. Even though it had nothing to do with anything that was their fault, they cut me a very good deal on correcting the problem from the original plumbing work They came out and took care of everything same day for me and it was very reasonably priced!
My Bathroom sink was clogged. I called and asked what the price would be. I was told there would be a charge of $98 to come out. They said they could not give me a price until they were finished. He used basically a plunger and a small hand snake, it took him no more that 15 minutes and they charged $244. All they removed was hair, that was it. Last time I had another company come out to do the exact same job and I was only charged $86. I spoke with the owner today and he was very friendly and respectful and understanding. He explained that he has employees and running expenses witch I totally understand. The only issue I have is for such a simple job, a ballpark price should have been given upfront, and not confronted with sticker shock once the work has been completed. The plumber was on time and they called prior to him coming out.
