Chicken was a little greasy but was good. Got 3 'hot' tenders and they're definitely hot! Good eat! Comes served in a Styrofoam box with a side (I got fries, which were seasoned to perfection!)
If I was able to rate them at zero stars, I would!! The customer service at this establishment is absolutely piss poor! The food on the other food is amazing always. Great cooks! I give the cooks 5 stars!
I have eaten at Helen's twice. Both times the order took a very long time, 45+ minutes. Both times the fish was excellent, A+. Only tried the chicken once, it was hot, fresh and tasted great. The inside is kept clean. The staff are courteous and friendly. There are like five TV's, but they are all on different channels which creates a bit of a chaotic atmosphere. The bathrooms are generally clean but lack ventilation. Generally a great experience except for the long wait for the order to arrive.
Great food! Seasoning is perfect on the chicken, sides are good. We are never disappointed when we eat here. Delicious fried chicken.
The lady that was at the counter was not the nicest person always on the phone and she locked the doors at 730 and they close at 8. Not the best service chicken was good though
