Pablo's is a newer Mexican Restaurant located on Riverside Dr. in Clarksville. I've been there twice. It's clean restaurant with friendly staffers. The owner, Pablo, is a nice guy and comes out and mingles with the diners. We had a nacho and a beef burritos. The nacho was as good as any I've ever eaten before. The beef burrito was maybe a 7 on a 1-10 scale, 10 being best. I thought the taste of the ground beef was not that great. I did eat it the burrito completely. It wasn't horrible or anything like that. Tasty tortilla chips and sauce too. Will definitely be returning there for nachos as well to experiment with some of Pablo's very large number of menu items.

Staff is very professional and easy to talk with. Food is amazing! Portion size, I'd consider large. Great adult beverage's - margaritas are on point. The Dr Pepper, is slightly overly carbonated though. We love this place. We take all or friends here.

Just moved to Tennessee from Arizona and looking for a good restaurant that makes a carne asada burrito. Thought I may have found one but the steak tasted bland like it was off a grill not marinated, the pico de gayo came in a separate dish not on the burrito, there was no cheese just some cheese type sause on top which required a knife and fork to eat the burrito. Did not want rice and beans but still came with it all over. Very disappointed starting to think authentic Mexican food does not exist in Tennessee....
Was crazy crowded. Cramped space. Band was good not to loud. Food was really good. My friends had pork fajitas, they didn't care for it. I had baked potato with shrimp, was very good! Waiter and waitress was very prompt, not slow at all! Only reason I gave it a 3
