A lot of good people live in this place. Not that many people take care of their yard and trailer. The community should get together snd and set simple rules of how the place should look. Low income should not mean to live in dirty conditions.
The Manager Mark is Awesome! He has no problem getting rid of the rif raf. He has gotten rid of the prostitutes and drug dealers and made this park a better place to live!
Older mobile home park. Not the best neighborhood. I don't recommend going there
Cant even get a Hold of the office seems like the ppl of tn are rude if ur from another state I moving my job here looking for a place to live
My trailer is nice cause i remodeled mine. There are a lot of free trailers that you fix up and pay lot rent. The nice ones are $475 for rent or rent to own
