A good landlord keeps on top of things only complaint I would have is the quality of workmanship of some of his workers

I've been renting from this place for 5 years and so far they have been my experience has been great. The prices are reasonable, the homes are cared for and they do their best to fix a problem as quick as possible. It also helps that a mobile home part store is right across from it. I could pay rent then buy new home repair items without driving miles.
