I have only used the daycare for appts and trips to Nashville but the staff is fantastic! I saw the previous poster and was also at first unsure of not seeing the back, but as an owner of a dog that freaks out with strangers I get it.
Been using them for years; you can tell they care about animals. Their rates are better than most and usually have vacancy which is good
The best service and care for your dog. The new location is much better and more convenient! Day play is affordable and good to get some energy out. They even text you pics throughout the day. This is the only place I take my dog!
My dog had a great time! He slept for practically the whole day once I picked him up. The staff was knowledge and answered any of my concerns. Anytime I go home I will definitely use them.
We booked our dogs stay with them over the Thanksgiving holiday. The first time they stayed our dogs loved it so much they didn't want to come home. This time they stayed for four nights. When we picked them up, they first brought out the wrong dog, and our dogs were very skinny and running frantic for the door. It didn't help that the only two people working there were brand new and could not tell us anything about their stay. The dogs were shaking when we got in the truck and whined the whole way home. I called the owner to see if something had happened and she proceeded to tell me that my dogs were the source of the problem. She said they seemed to have a good time with the other dogs but that the resort had so many other dogs that they could not give all of the dogs the attention they deserved. We paid them a lot for that stay and I expected them to at least look like they had been fed. We will not be taking our dogs back there.
