I called Dec 27 2016 to get my mower fixed. It wouldn't start. I was told it would be a few weeks before they could get to it. So I called back Jan 31 2017. I was told they would come get it the following week. So I waited I called again was told they would get it the next day. I waited a no show so I called again and was told it would be the following week. When I called to confirm the pick up I was told they couldn't do it because they didn't have any one to get it and the trailer they needed was broke. It is now Mar 23 2017 and to date I've not had a phone call or pick up. So I took it else where.

Was referred to these folks by a friend and scheduled service several months ago - yep, SCHEDULED for a pick-up. I've called numerous times since, but am given a different story each conversation as to why no one has picked up my tractor - much less why no one has EVER called to say WHY they haven't kept their word. Just called today and didn't give my name and was told they could service me within a week. Ouch. And never ONCE have I received a call to schedule a hard and fast pick up date. Folks - do yourself a favor. Even the best repair company is of no value when their service is so lack luster that the importance of a customer's trust means nothing. These folks don't need your business - look at past reviews. Same issues. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!!
