Scheduled for 12 pm to 2 pm after calling. I rescheduled a doctors visit so that I could have my washer repaired. Received courteous and professional service on the phone so I expected the same the following day. Was ensured that I would receive a call prior to the service person showing up at my home. 12 PM came...no call. 1:00 PM came...no call. 1:45 pm came...I CALLED. Again, received courteous and professional service on the phone and was assured that I'd be notified soon of when the service person would be here. So, after waiting another 45 minutes, I left my home to run errands. I was contacted after 45 minutes by the same courteous rep and said that the service person was on the way and would be at my home in 20-25 minutes. I told the rep that I didn't have time to wait in my home all day. I'd set aside 12 pm to 2pm for the person to arrive and wasn't even called to make me aware that the service person would be late. I understand that delays happen but if I'm paying someone 80 dollars to come to my house, I would appreciate some courtesy. Again, another fail for local businesses in Clarksville.
Just had our washer fixed today and price was very reasonable ! Nathan was very nice!! They came when they said they would and he was very responsive when we had questions!! I would highly recommend them and will use them again if we need to!!!!!
Don't hesitate to call CAA for your appliance repairs. This was hands down the best home repair experience ever. Nathan is trustworthy, communicative and a skilled appliance specialist. If there are any issues after the repair, they will make good on it. I cannot recommend CAA enough. I can't wait until the next appliance breaks!
We recently had our washing machine repaired and it now runs more smoothly and quietly than when it was new! We also purchased a used dryer a couple of years ago and it works really well. Nathan and Kelly are knowledgeable and courteous and charges have always been very reasonable.
I called around once my washing machine read "clogged filter" (it wasn't clogged) and found it hard to find someone willing to work on a front load Samsung. At the same time my dishwasher wasn't heating up. (Talk about frustrating) I called Clarksville area appliance and he said he was able to squeeze me in 2 days later. This is where if I could I would give him 10 stars. My husband is in the military and currently away, I'm a full time student, and I have 2 kids. He was willing to work with my schedule so I wouldn't have to make up hours by missing class. (Everyone I'm sure has heard the "it'll be between 12-5" no guarantee) he on other hand was completely selfless and took the extra time to text me before hand (since I'm in class). He kept me updated and arrived on time. He managed to reset my dishwasher (since my husband replaced the heating piece he was unaware of a reset), he then took the time to make sure my washer wasn't clogged. He was pretty sure it was the pump, but he took the time and made sure that was indeed the problem. He was trying to save me money (something most business do not take the time to do). He had the part with him and quickly replaced it. He offers a military discount as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
UPDATE-a couple of hours afterward, the owner of the business called me to apologize and explain what had happened. Offered to do whatever he needed to make this right. I had already found another repair service by the time of his offer. He was very professional and expressed his desire to earn our business again if possible. I certainly understand communication issues, especially in this part of TN.
