We have been using this place for 20 + years. They know our dogs by name and treat every animal I've ever seen going in or out like they are a member of your family. I have 5 dogs that see the doctors there. Over the years we have here several other dogs and other pets that have all been seen there. They also board and groom animals. God forbid you ever need to have a pet put down for illness age or whatever reason you have the staff is able to assist you and not just blow it off. Their hearts break to. They are all truly great with animals and it shows. I highly recommend this animal hospital. Like I said we have used them for 20+ years.

I loved the doctor here. He didn't rush me out or suggest unnecessary service. Since the first visit is free, we literally left paying $0. I'll be back for all their needs.
So caring. Lost my Daisy May. We are a military family. Post vet helped us place our Daisy in heaven. But sadly they don't have cremation services. This is the place for cremation. You helped us even when we weren't clients. But we are now for the bigger things the post vet can't offer. Thank you all so much for your help.
I've seen Dr. West on couple of occasions, and would highly recommend this animal clinic. The first visit he started with the simplest (and least costly) solution. It worked. The last visit he confirmed what I was hoping wasn't the case, my 14 year old cat's body was starting to shut down. I made the very hard decision to put my beloved fur baby to sleep, so he would not suffer. About a week later I received a sympathy card in the mail. Not only did the card have a hand written note inside it, there was the best surprise I could have received. My kitty's paw prints were on a beautifully decorated card stock. It meant more than words can describe to receive such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise in the mail.
