The guy who helped me in the car repair area was just as nice and kind as he could possibly be. I could tell he was new because I always come there to get an oil change and I have never seen him before. He was trying very hard to do everything just exactly right and quickly as possible and I appreciated that very much. I can't remember his name but he had reddish hair. Keep this guy. He is very gentle and kind to the public.
I bought my new rogue here and I had the best experience. They gave me a wonderful price for my trade in and their customer service is great! When I picked up my new car it had a couple of imperfections and since we noticed them they scheduled me a visit for service and gave me another car to drive while my new one was in the shop! I also got my previous car serviced there and the service staff is so friendly.
Ralph Gardner and Marcus were FANTASTIC. They were patient and let me run the show. We are actually considering buying a second car from them in the very near future. They made me very comfortable. And the lady in Finance was the best! I love my new car and the service I continue to get!
