Just bought a bike from them, everything is pretty smooth and professional. The woman that answers the phone literally hung up in my face 2-3 times blaming they were busy either way you don't treat customers like that. My overall experience was very good with them. Worked with David he answered all my questions etc. I Was also a little short on down payment they still remained flexible and worked with me. Give them 8/10 (rude woman picking up phone)
