Paid $400 for BS service.

Lastly after all of this they still charged me $400 for the labor and equipment but they never offered anything for the amount of time they took, them not being knowledgeable when they were th ones that told me they could do it when really they couldn't. And the fact that I'm not satisfied with the work. I have to go back behind them and fix everything. Really a poor job. I payed them $400 to wire a radio and run the rear camera wires. Everything else I had to go back behind them and change because it was not done the right way.

Quick friendly staff nice waiting area would recommend to anyone

When I get my car the radio is tilted inside the dash hanging of the dash kit. The rear camera was installed to the left of my liscence plate instead of in the middle. I'm going to go behind them and fix everything. I eventually learned how to program my steering wheel control. Something they couldnt figure out and they are supposed to be the "experts".

came in with a radio that was bought online (Chinese / android radio) .... what can I say, they staff is not knowledgeable on how to wire and hook up all types of radios all they know how to do is stuff that THEY sell, and what THEY sell is extremely overpriced. The entire time they kept blaming their lack of knowledge on a "Cheap ass radio" when in all actuality th radio works great and it does exactly what I need it to do. Long story short 1st they said it would take like 3 hrs .... they had my car for over 6 hrs to find out basically they did not know how to wire the steering wheel controls. I had to take my car home with the dash all broken apart..... next they told me that the dash kit that THEY SOLD didn't fit my car but I went home and put the dash kit in myself and it fit perfectly.

I would not recommend to anyone, stay away. If they will half ass a radio install just imagine what else they will half ass.

Awesome experience with this place the staff is like family

I emailed them the radio I bought online and I asked them were they able to install it in my car, they assured me via email that I was good and they had everything I need to hook it up.....

*I do not recommend this place*

I informed them that I had to leave a 1pm . I didn't get my car back until 2:30pm after I dropped it off at 10am. So yea that's a long wait. So they said that the steering wheel controls work but they need to be programmed. I just want my car back I need to go to work and yea I was late to work so they were not considerate of my time.

Then I brought my car In Again because they did not install the rear camera like they were suppose to the 1st time. So a couple hr job turned into 2 days worth of work. They finally install the rear camera and they had already been working on my car for 4 hrs that day. They repeating told me that I would not have steering controls to my car. I said fine I'm cool with that. Then they had to call another company to learn how to wire the steering wheel controls. (Well I thought y'all said that the radio couldnt hold/take steering wheel control and I wouldn't have it, so they told me a lie 3x). Next they wire the steeiring wheel control.

Did a walk in appointment today. Walked in with 2 pretty big boxes. Showed them my 2 kicker hideaway subs told them I wanted one under my driver seat and the other under my passenger seat. They said that was to easy. I then asked since each sub came with a Bass volume knob if they could conjoin the subs into one knob since they are both them same instead of having two knobs mounted. They said they would try. I was happy with that response I also had to spend 15 minutes explaining to them that it came with all the wires needed for install and I needed nothing else. They finally realized this and I paid my $100 for the install they told me it would cost and I drove off leaving my Jeep with them to install it..... 20 minutes later they called me and told me they just realized I had 2 amped subs and it will cost $200. I then asked really!?! I made this clear I had 2 when I brought them in and asked the questions I did! They responded with we will see what we can do and then said they will take $150 now. I was happy with that answer and agreed. 3 hours later my buddy dropped me off at the store and I walked in. They said they had installed it and it’s good to go. I asked if I could hear it first and they said yes. I turned my jeep on and it sounded no different then when I took it there without the subs. I told the guy that and he said he just worked the desk I will have to talk with the installer/manager So I did. His answer to me was they are low wattage subs and that’s just how they should sound. I told him I did my research before I bought them and there are hundreds of reviews saying they sound amazing and hit harder then some 12”s. He then responded with I helped install them myself twice, we have 20 years experience, this is just how they are supposed to sound since they are low wattage. I then told him the speaker isn’t even moving and then showed him you tube videos of the same speaker in a stock system vibrating car seats and Mirrors. He then tried to argue that it wasn’t the same model. I told him they only have one model. He then tried to tell me its cause they are refurbished and I told him the rarity of both subs being broken is 1 in a million..... this went on for about 30-40 minutes. And I then asked about a refund. He then told me in the contract I signed there will be no refunds for the work or labor. I then asked what the next step was and he said I could bring it back tomorrow and they can look into it. (In my mind I knew that someone who just promised me it was hooked up correctly and that the speakers are supposed to sound like that I’m sure the effort put into “fixing it” would be zero.) I told him ok and then drove off to another auto sound store and told them what was going on. They had me turn the stereo on and immediately said no they aren’t hooked up!! They then fixed the issue for me within 30 minutes and they sound Amazing!!! I then immediately drove back to Team auto and showed them and their response was I told you we would look at it in the morning. At the end of the day no refund had been made and he was going to charge me the full $150 and send me on my way and it took 40 minutes of arguing for him to say he will look at it tomorrow.... the problem, they hooked it up directly to the radio and bypassed the stock AMP so the subs weren’t getting any power to even power them. Seems like a simple mistake made by licensed professionals to me! I would suggest going someplace else, the place that went above and beyond to help me they will have an amazing review from me!
