Some of the best people i dealt with. I bought a truck and couldn't afford it due to job situations they never called or bugged me about the money. 3 months later they came got it due to non payment. If they would allow me to ever do business with them again i would im currently stable in my job situation. And they talk to you friendly like they have known you for years
I am a single mother and had a horrible experience at Wolff Automotive. I have had the vehicle for almost three weeks and it has gone back four times, each time promising work was being done on the vehicle only for the problem to still exist. After speaking to the salesman ( Brad Wise ) and getting no resolution I spoke with his father the owner hoping I could get assistance. Instead of Decent /Fair customer service ( cannot say Good customer service because I think they need a class in customer service and overall human decency ) He blatantly dismissed me. I'm not a rude individual, I was polite and tried to explain the vehicle was not safe. I was redirected to another dealership with a warranty. I have been affiliated with the military for over 15 yrs and have never been met with such disrespect. Any and All Military Personnel BE VERY CAUTIOUS... Don't spend your hard earned dollars there. They truly need a course in customer service.
