So last week I put a vehicle on layaway at this location. I have the salesman the cash for the layaway payment. He had the correct amount on the top receipt but apparently on the other 2 he did not have the correct amount. So I found out today that my layaway payment was $100 less than what I had actually paid. My boyfriend was there with me after I ran all the way across Clarksville to get the cash from Navy Federal CU. I also called to find out if they took a cashiers check which conveniently they don't. The guy also gave us the line that their credit card machine was down. When I informed the person in the office of this she said she would look into it and had me covered. I am posting this on here for everyone to see. The salesperson's name was Marcail. So if you are going to do business with these people make sure you don't do any business with him.
Honestly went on hesitant and not expecting much due to my very bad experiences in the past but I was fortunate enough to get a Ms. Rhonda and she assured me that I had nothing to worry about because they had no hidden fees or anything to hide. I went almost and your trying to see if I could find any reason not to trust them on getting a vehicle and she was so real! Like, they really didn't have anything to hide lol she helped me find the vehicle i wanted for the price i was able to work with, it was amazing. Thank you Ms. Rhonda!!
And disclaimer to you future buyers, they are actually trying to help you get into your future car, so don't waste nobody time going on broke thinking they are going to just give it to you lol
Great place, but opening up at 9:00 really sucks. Not very convenient for night shift people. Update: I bought a van from here, before I bought it I noticed that the headphones to the built-in TV''s where broke, they refused to replace them unless the price went up. And while I was in the process of buying it, the check engine light came on. I was told that they have to order the part and that they would fix it. I called them a week later to see what's going on, only to find out that the warranty is out and they want me to pay for the repairs. Because it's over 500 miles. They didn't care about it breaking on their lot. After fighting with them they agreed to fix it, but I'll never buy from them again. Their warranty is only a 30 day or 500 mile warranty. On the drive train only. The salesman loves to tell you about their great warranty, but conveniently leaves out the part that it's only for the drive train. That's in the fine print on the contract.
