Dr. Shawn and his staff are professional and friendly. Not only did Dr Shawn do an excellent job with my orthodontic treatment, he was amazing with both of my kids as well. They explain everything up front, so there are no surprises and it is a fun environment that puts the kids at ease. Thank you to the entire staff for the excellent care you took of my family!

My permanent retainer just lifted up on one side after only 2 years. I've pcs'ed from Campbell, otherwise I would make my complaint in person. So frustrated and disappointed.
