Had a great experience here! All of the staff is very professional and caring! Dr Dave and the staff were all very knowledgeable, had great bedside manner, and were quick and efficient. They were also all very respectful of my choices as a parent.
I was sad when we had to leave. My boys really like Dr. Dave when he took over the practice. He is very kid friendly and puts the parents at ease.
Very unhappy with this Dentist....Dr. Dave bought a thriving practice from the original owner who retired. The original dentist was in the office 4 days a week. Dr, Hippensteel is only there 2 days a week, if even that. My grandchildren have had to wait months for appointments to have cavities filled, only to be called and have the appointment rescheduled. Went to a new dentist today only to find that the work he billed the insurance for was either not done or done so poorly that it still needs to be done. I had asked about some work to be done that their original dentist had talked about worn us, and Dr. Hippensteel chose to ignore it. Now that child is going to require massive repairs to fix that issue. Glad that we left the practice before any more damage could be done. Just want people to be aware that this probably not the best choice if you want good dental care. On the high side. ...his office staff is wonderful. And they shouldn't have to be apologizing for the dentist, as they seem to be doing regularly.
