The staff is awesome, the doctor is good and to the point, has to improve on his patient listening skills.
Dr. Richards and his office staff and nursing team were absolutely amazing and took exceptional care of my daughter, who is 7. She had her tonsels and adnoids removed and tubes put in her ears at the same time. They kept me very well informed and we're very compassionate to my needs. I had a scare a few days ago, after hours and within 3 minutes I had a response from Dr. Richards. He was very thorough and did not make me feel less than due to my worries and concerns! Everytime I have called I have got immediate and responses wether it be about scheduling or some question that I had forgotten to ask. I would recommend this doctor to anyone looking to be treated by an ENT. Thanks and hope this helps!!!

Took excellent care of my husband who had a terrible ongoing nosebleed. I'm not sure what to think of these negative comments! Dr. Richards was very professional and had a sense of humor.
Fail. Unprofessional arrogant rude horrible service wouldn't return calls nor would help. Would never return or recommend.
