Never have I had an appointment run at the scheduled time. Typically, I waited over an hour past the appointment time to be seen. Jaime Rigoni was a fabulous NP, but I have been informed he is no longer with the practice. Wanda is an exceptional nurse. Unfortunately, they could never be enough to overshadow Whitney and her lack of customer service skills. The front desk staff was hit or miss with customer service. I too am leaving Covenant Care. No reason to stick around when I already have to find a new provider.
I am new to the area. Dr Moore explains everything in detail. He makes my son feel comfortable.
I am new to the Clarksville area and had a recent bout in the ER with a kidney stone. Covenant Care was able to fit me in on a short notice and I was seen the same day I called. I saw Dr. Moore who did an excellent job at explaining to me the process of my kidney stone and a treatment plan. I was very impressed with the self pay rate as I am waiting for my insurance to kick in. I felt like I truly mattered and was not rushed in and out. He answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. My family has definitely found a primary care practice.
I am a relatively new resident to Clarksville TN and I have found that the businesses in this area are micro-managers and disrespectful to individual rights. I was a patient of Covenant Care located at Hwy 76 and on my last appointment at the clinic, I was depressed because on the morning before my medical appointment, I noticed I'd gained a few pounds. Later when I arrived for my appointment, I refused to be weighed because I didn't want a reminder. Jen, the Nurse for Elizabeth Rainey, PA refused to allow me to see the Elizabeth. I questioned why she was demanding me to weigh and also informed her that I knew my recent weight. She stated that insurance would not pay them if they didn't do my vitals and weight. She refused to see me because I refused to weigh. I did not believe this because I worked at a nursing home as Food Service Director and residents exercised their rights at will. I told Jen that I would be following up with BCBS, which I did that same afternoon. Jen lied because when I spoke with BCBS, they informed me that I had the right to refuse to be weighed and they would not refuse an agency payment for not weighing. I did a follow-up with the Administrator, Audrey and she informed me that she supported Jen in refusing to see me but would speak to her about telling me that they would not get paid! Not only do I find that disrespectful, and unethical but a violation of my rights.
My boys and I see Mrs. Whitney Sprague - NP and we can't say enough good things about her, and the rest of the staff at Covenant Care! Mrs. Whitney is always thorough, courteous, does her best to make everyone feel at ease, and to make sure we leave there with all of our needs addressed. It is truly a pleasure to have her as our PCP!
